BEWARE of this company!! I will NEVER buy anything from them AGAIN!! I purchased items from them on a Sunday (not a business day) paid extra for faster shipping and my items were not delivered until A WEEK later. I reached out to the company & told they were sorry for the delay, but that I’d have my order shipped out for delivery on Sat.-no “I’m sorry you paid for faster shipping and we cannot do that for you so here’s you $ for the extra shipping” I get an email my order had a shipping label created on FRIDAY! I was told on a Wednesday it would shipped out that day and be delivered by Saturday & now here it is Fri. & it’s just getting a shipping label created. I emailed back AGAIN-I don’t get a response until 4:40pm on Friday saying “sorry let me look into this and I will get back to you ASAP to make this right” (talking to the same person). Not really sure how they plan to solve it this late in the day before a weekend. So here we are Wed. 3pm & I’ve heard NOTHING back from them.
